We are moving to Shanghai, China! Yeah, let that sink in, we can hardly believe it ourselves. China.

I can’t begin to describe how excited, nervous, fascinated, proud, humble, crazy, adventurous, scared, and overwhelmed we feel about moving to Shanghai. But it’s something we’ve wanted to do for a  very long time, and we’ve finally been given an incredible opportunity to realize our dream of living abroad.

And speaking of dreams coming true, it’s beyond humbling to say this, but I’ve been asked to lead the Nike account for China. Nike is one of the reasons that I wanted to work in advertising and I’m thrilled to be working on the best brand in world, in their most important market.

Over the next few months, we have a lot of logistics to deal with, but we’ll officially be living in Shanghai on December 1. There are so many challenges ahead of us, but we know we’ll grow immensely throughout the next few years.

Stay tuned for more updates, but our blog is about to get very, very interesting. And because communication with our friends and family will be a bit more difficult than simply texting or calling on a whim, we’ll commit to updating our blog on a more frequent basis. We expect to have lots to share on a daily basis!
