But this trip to NYC was less about staying up and more about sleeping in, enjoying time with friends in the city, and breathing in the fresh city air.  Well, maybe it’s not the freshest air, but there is energy in the air.  A run in Central Park, burgers on the Hudson complete with sunset, evening adventures in the village, wine on the UWS, and sparklers on the rooftop. Better than “all right,” the city is just what the doctor ordered.
