Going to a University of Oregon football game has been on our list of to-do’s since moving to Portland.  It especially made sense to go this year since they are ranked 3rd in the nation.  We braved the horrendous traffic with no tickets in hand, hoping to find some cheap nose-bleeds at the game. No such luck.  The stadium isn’t as big as you might think.  In fact every inch of the athletic complex was packed with people watching the game whatever way they could find.  In addition to the football stadium, the baseball stands and practice field were packed.  At halftime Bryan and I maneuvered our way into the football game.  After getting kicked out of seats a few times, we finally found a spot to watch the second half of the game.  It started drizzling, and the ducks scored three touchdowns to come back and win the game.
