Happy anniversary to us!  We recently celebrated two years over Bryan’s favorite meal, breakfast.  Brunch at Beast has been on our list since moving to Portland so we finally indulged.  The menu, which changes daily, included:

Blueberry Clafoutis with candied hazelnuts and maple glazed bacon

Beast Hash (pheasant leg confit, market potatoes, brussel sprouts, sweet potatoes, poached egg & hollandaise)

The Blueberry Clafoutis with maple glazed bacon was fantastic, but as is true with most things, more bacon would have made it even better.  We left full, happy, and ready to start year 3.
